States receive federal monies for CPS/DHHS, the feds should have departments that over see state level cps. State cps have too much power and are built by legal crooks-
Not all cps departments are bad, but the bad out weigh the good.

I agree with this petition. I personally got into a argument with my mom the next day she called cps then she found out the case was closed she called again then again. She has even convinced family members to call CPS on me and my husband all because of a grudge. How is that fair she don't get punished for making false aligations! I have video proof of multiple cos workers violating mine and my children's constitutional rights. Yet, I can't press charges against these people! It's not right I have rights as do my kids this is supposed to be America not a third world government Martial law. The Constitution means something and our government is violating it! Leave us alone!

Though there maybe a few "good" individuals working for the betterment of the children they serve, I have seen/ read too many articles showing CPS/DCS to be nothing more than a vehicle for child sex trafficking and or labor trafficking.
With strong influences from the UN legislation on the " rights of the child", this organization needs to be radically overhauled or dismantled.

Unfounded drs opinion along corrupt CPS workers twisting details have caused my great grandson to be in foster care for almost a year now. Not to mention the court appointed attorney is more interested in sucking up to CPS than working for her client. I use to think CPS was helping families. Instead I’ve found out first hand that they are doing more harm than good. There seems to be no help for the families in fighting this corrupt agency.

My ex sister Dolores Andalora set me up and lied to and CPS took my kids. I eventually won, however, it wasn't until my oldest d as daughter told me it was the ex sister who talked her into putting warm water in her mouth for awhile then go see the school nurse complaining of not feeling good. Other things she manipulated was to try and destroy me like she did her 1st baby she sold after birth to the adoption store for drug money for her sex parties. Her life as a biker tramp is ended as her 64 year old body has given up on her abuse of it. Thank God this beast is tired and used up.

Morgan County, AL DHR took my granddaughter from my daughter Oct 2017, They did NOT contact me to let me know & wouldnt place her w/me or family when we tried. They did not follow any of the State laws or policies & regulations. Only made up the rules as they went along to suit however was convient for them at the moment. My granddaughter is now living with a family in Tenn & she was sent there without any notice from DHR or foster parents whatsoever.

Some case workers attack the lower self esteem, the lower income, the single parent that works two jobs etc. But there are some case workers that dig till they find something from the parents past so they can break up a family. When in reality someone should go to that case workers bowling night and count the beers they drink..the cards and money they spend gambling. and then they drive home. Maybe we should take their kids. But we don't have the state backing us.
