I agree with the petition. Besides Dcfs harassed me ever since kid born. I had proof I didn’t do shit to my kid and they go and listen to a liar name dan Thomas in Rochelle il to falsely name me when he’s the one has a past of sex with minors. Stupid arma Johnson in Dekalb il and FYI I criminally was not found guilty of shit not convicted you lying arma Johnson. And prior to that 2016 year in 2015, I got a strange call from Dcfs that my kid needs put in a high chair meanwhile I tell them my kid in an Incubator and in nicu and they say they didn’t know my kid in the hospital. So it was not the hospital personnel who made an accusation for me to get a call to me. My problem is Dcfs in Dekalb il will not give me the name of the person who had made a call to me and I legally have a right to it as I do not have any legal cases or open on me. Stop these monsters from wrongly taking children I’ve had enough I hate them

A system that was suppose to protect yet now goes unchecked and commits purjery in our courts and no one is held accountable. They should not be closed courts as thats when corruption takes place. All accused should be able to face their accuser as do criminals when they are brought to court for a trial. Yet parents and guardians cannot because they are protect my the anonymous clause put in place. This is a systemic view of what happens when no accountability takes place and things get covered up. Children are abused , raped and even murdered in the system when there was no abuse founded in the home for removal. They are neglected because they become a profit not a human being. Foster parents go unchecked in a lot of cases. The reports do not lie. There are more cases untild then what has been uncovered. The system needs to be taken to the highest courts and the corruption needs to be revealed. People have already lost their lives and loved ones trying. This has to end. Over the last two weeks, I have been introduced to the Kentucky CPS cabinet and their unjust procedures first hand. This cabinet has taken my family's 5th and Fourteenth Amendment rights and flushed them down the toilet. I am an educated, hard-working, single mother; which has raised her children alone for the last 10 years. No government assistance needed. But, the CPS Cabinet member appointed to this case would not know that because she has not spoken to me personally for more than 2 minutes. It is an outrage. I have been treated like a common Thug, a Criminal; simply due to the fact that my ex-husband came up with a new tactic to get out of paying child support. It's disgraceful to say the least."

CPS convinced my daughter to give up her parental rights saying they would place our grandchild with us. She signed over and they stopped even answering our calls. And just like that we'll probably never see our grandson again. I was there for his first steps, his first words, his birthdays. I took him to the hospital when he got sick and I stayed in the room with him when he was scared at night. We love him so much. The last time we saw him he was so happy because, in his own words: "my real family is here!". And now we don't know if we'll ever see him again. I keep a photo in my wallet. I just wish he knew we didn't abandon him. That he was taken, not given away. We're going to keep fighting but I've seen all too many times how this turns out. I would give anything to see my buddy again. I feel bad for all the other people that have had similar experiences. I'm so sorry. It's a terrible loss. We just want our families back!

My son had his daughter illegally put up for adoption when he was 16. He was taken into a lawyer's office and told, threatened and intimidated into signing a piece of paper without his managing conservator (mother) being present, he was denied the right to read the document he was signing. After he signed the paper he was told that he had just signed away the rights to his daughter because the State of Texas did not want mixed-race families.

This was over 20 years ago and the adoption records are sealed. We have been trying for over two years to file a complaint of falsifying judicial records as I believe that the "piece of paper" he signed will be found in two court document in two separate counties. We cannot afford an attorney and have been told that NO attorney in the state of Texas will take on the case because it would be "professional suicide" (Art Lara, Family Attorney, Potter County Texas).

We have not given up this fight but now my son has reached a point of depression that he says he wants to die because his life was ruined.

His daughter located him in early 2017 and told him that she had been told that he did not want her because she was black, and that the whole family were racist...which is an out and out lie as her family is multi-national and embraced national diversification and believes that limiting genetic diversity is Genetic suicide.

We need help in getting the records unsealed in order to convince his daughter that she was illegally obtained and sold to her adoptive parents (kidnappers).
