The corruption created by the funding methods applied since the #ASFAof1997 was past, as resulted in the kidnapping and trafficking of children.
I know this to be fact, based on my own child being a victim. As I am a non-offending parent who lives nearly 1,000 miles away from where my child was kidnapped from his mother. The mother and I have never lived together, and we both told the agency & court that we desired for my child to come live in my home. Rather than attempt any reunification with myself, the judge and DCF decided that termination of parental rights was the best choice. The only viable reason for this is financial incentive.

Because the funding for court and for Dcf don’t deserve these findings to rip children away from Moms and their family for nothing at all.. What a sad world we live in where criminals with records of armed robbery, assault on safety officer have custody of my children and I’ve never been arrested ever!! How dangerous is that? As well as him n his girlfriend on section 8 housing raping the state and using my children as dollar signs. Unreal and all the physical, mental and emotional abuse my children have been through but everything I say my children tell me is hear say. I’m trying to protect my children and I can’t. I don’t drink, smoke cigarettes or do drugs and I’m all about my children. What’s wrong with this picture??????? I’m a great mother an my children want to be with me, but only get them on the weekends due to dealing with a narcissist that seems to be very good at what he does. Shame on you people. I paid thousands of dollars for lawyers that didn’t do anything to help but just take my money. Now I have a herniated disc in my back and struggling. Unreal

My grandson started at a foster family however he was almost 2. Now he is almost three and they decided they couldnt handle him! HE IS NOW IN A FACILITY AS WELL. I could not spend his 2nd birthday with him nor Christmas but they wanted us to be foster parents! Because our 79 year old mother drinks they would not let us have him unless supposedly the beer was no longer there. I am not allowed to see my granddaughter due to her other grandmother raising her right now. This was an accident and she still does not have them! Judge Annie Powell Hendrix and DHS Have entirely too much power. IN MY OPINION! NOW MY DAUGHTERS, AND SONS' CIVIL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED DUE TO HER DAUGHTERS OTHER GRANDMOTHER TOOK HER AND MY SONS' PSYCOLOGICAL EVAL AND GIVE COPIES OUT AND LET EVERYONE READ IT. BUT THAT IS OKAY. JUST REMEMBER THEY ARE A SELF GOV. FACILITY. THEY CAN COME IN ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON THEY SEE FIT! THEY CAN KEEP YOUR CHILDREN FOR AS LONG AS DHS CHOOSES' BECAUSE THE JUDGE BELIEVES EVERYTHING DHS SAYS. THINK ABOUT IT WOULD YOU WANT YOUR CHILD BEING TAKEN FROM YOU AND MAYBE OR MAYBE NOT GIVEN BACK. IF WE GET ENOUGH SIGNATURES THAT WILL SEND IT TO CONGRESS AND THEY WILL HAVE TO DO SOMETHING! (WOULD YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO HAVE TO GO THRU THIS? IT IS THE CHILDREN THEY ARE HURTING AND THEY WILL HAVE PROBLEMS LATER DUE TO THE TRAUMA....HOW SADI IS THIS!
Now they have taken my daughter and her husbands psychological evaluation to the ex-huband and his mother; was given full custody to them and DHS mailed them a copy and it was given out and wound up on my daughter facebook page! This did not make any difference to their lawyer or the judge that it was done this way ( which trampled their civil rights!) and everyone is tell my daugher it is legal. They also found exactly what happened and it was in fact an accident but they dont care since my daughter was distraught over still not getting either child back. And they are saying if she complies with them for the court date in Dec (she might get the 2 yr old back) but would still be seeing her daughter only 2 hours once a week with supervision for visits with her!

My family has been subjected to this tyranny and abuse of power and our OUTRAGEOUS story is a prime example of why we must unite and overthrow this government entity!
My attempts to protest the unconstitutional removal and continued case caused me to lose everything. I was a victim of a crime - domestic violence - and the creed of those working in the industry blamed ME, the VICTIM of this crime and placed my children with their two different fathers, both of whom have a history of being abusive and concerning criminal records. I was ordered by the court to attend a "victims support group" in an effort to help me better choose a mate and the fathers were not asked to attend any service for their conduct. I only get to see my 11 year old once a year and I haven't heard from my 8 year old in a year and a half!

Nevada denied my rights as a parent from 1992 to 1996 by supporting my children on welfare without notice of service, notice of obligation, and no valid child support order.
Now, Nevada holds a fraudulent agreement that says I agree to repay the welfare, yet I never signed such a thing, and Nevada refuses to investigate the matters.

Nevada claims I owe child support, yet I have no child support orders, my children are in their 20's, and Nevada uses color of law and office tactics saying they take child support (outside the confines of the definition of Child support) to prevent my case from going to Judicial resolvement.

The Pulitzer this year went to the reporter who risked their life to break the Sandusky scandal. Please note that not a single social worker, judge, or probation officer has been brought to justice for delivering dozens of children to a pedophile. Why is it that no one wants to look at just how much money and incentives these victims raked in? There is a definitely link between child trafficking and HHS Title IV-D funding.

If a child is in an unprofitably safe home, then there are no subsidies to be claimed from the welfare system. If a child is in an unsafe home, then this drums up billing hours for family court affiliated professionals and incentives for county agencies with flagging budgets to cash in on.

Reporters need to follow up on it with specific focus on corrupt Title IV-D industry affiliated father's rights groups, nonprofits, and HHS Responsible Fatherhood and Access and Visitation programs administered through the child support enforcement programs. Any program that requires an unfit or unwilling parent to take custody or face jail on child support arrears needs to be shut down.

If CPS is really about protecting children, how about we start looking at just how much of this money actually benefits children?
